"No Shows" qualify as having no communication or notification prior to 30 minutes before the session.
- "No Shows" are a forfeit of a session. Late notification, during or after the session, does not qualify as a Late Cancel and will be qualified as a "No Show."
- A second "No Show" in the calendar quarter will cost you 2 sessions AND your future schedule will be deleted, requiring you to rebook all your sessions.
- Upon the fifth "No Show" of the calendar year your account will be suspended without refund.
